Here's what this site collects, why, and what happens to it after that. No legal jargon where I can help it.
No cookies, no tracking scripts
This site doesn't use cookies and doesn't run scripts that track you as you browse. Any analytics I use is cookieless and doesn't identify individual visitors. So there's no cookie banner here, because there's nothing to consent to.
What's collected when you send an inquiry
The form on /book collects your first name, last name, email address, and whatever you tell me about the tattoo you have in mind: the idea, placement, size, and anything else you add.
Why I collect it
To reply to your inquiry, talk through your idea, and book a consultation and appointment if you go ahead. That's the whole reason.
Where it's stored
Submissions go into a secure database (Supabase, hosted in the EU), and I get an email copy so I can action it. I don't sell your details, share them with advertisers, or use them for marketing unless you've separately told me that's okay.
How long I keep it
Only as long as I need it to respond to you and, if you book, deliver the tattoo and keep basic records. Want it deleted sooner? Email hello@tracylaguea.co.uk and I'll sort it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask what I hold on you, ask me to correct or delete it, and object to how it's used. Same email address for any of that: hello@tracylaguea.co.uk.
Booking terms
Deposit
A £100 deposit secures your slot once we've agreed on the design at consultation. It comes off your final price, it's not an extra cost on top.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Need to reschedule? Give me at least 48 hours' notice and I'll find you a new slot. Less notice than that and the deposit is forfeited, since that time was already set aside for you and usually can't be filled at short notice.
Touch-ups
One touch-up is included free within 3 months of your appointment, as long as you followed the aftercare guidance. After that window, or if healing issues trace back to aftercare not being followed, touch-ups are charged.
Payment
Cash, bank transfer, or card, all fine for the remaining balance on the day.
